Wallace Welch & Willingham believes that one of the most important elements in a successful employee benefit plan is communication to participants. Benefit plans are becoming more complicated as insurance carriers continue to innovate and add new benefits and plan options. Additionally, with the onset of Health Care Reform, government regulations constantly change the rules for administering benefit plans. The sheer number of plans alone can be overwhelming; an employer may have as many as 15 different options. Communicating the various plan provisions to participants in addition to determining eligibility, participation rules, contributions, etc. is a challenge. We’re here to help with all of it.

Enrollment Team

Wallace Welch & Willingham coordinates the enrollment process. Not only will we arrange for necessary carrier personnel to attend each meeting, but our own staff members will be there in person to assist you. We will be right beside you to help you explain benefit decisions and answer the tough questions from your employees. Our staff members are licensed benefit professionals with many years of experience, and we can assist you with Spanish-speaking enrollers when needed.

Online Enrollments

Whether your company has a large workforce or is scattered geographically, an online enrollment process can streamline the enrollment process and reduce the amount of time needed for enrollment. Wallace Welch & Willingham assists online enrollments, whether through the carrier’s online enrollment system, a third-party system, or through your own benefit or HRIS system. Online webinars can also be used to explain employee benefits and the enrollment process to employees working remotely.

Surveys and Focus Groups

Is a richer employee benefit plan your goal? Wallace Welch & Willingham can help you develop one. We customize electronic surveys to discover which benefits are most appreciated and determine levels of satisfaction with your current plan. If you are considering changing benefits, a survey will gauge how your employees might react.
